Welcome to Sunday's Cleaning Service! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Sunday's Cleaning Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (sundayscleaningservice.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
Sunday's Cleaning Service offers professional pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. This includes, but is not limited to, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, siding, concrete, driveways, and decks.

2. Eligibility
To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Quotes & Payments

  • Estimates: All service estimates provided online or in-person are subject to change based on a final assessment.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Late Payments: A late fee may apply if payments are not received by the due date.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the customer forfeiting their deposit to schedule and render service(s).
     

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that:

  • All pets and valuables are secured.

  • Water sources and electrical outlets are accessible.

  • Areas to be cleaned are cleared of personal property and debris.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling or additional service fees.

6. Damage & Liability
While we take great care during our services, Sunday's Cleaning Service is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property surfaces.

  • Damage resulting from improper material or structural integrity (e.g., loose siding, deteriorated concrete).
    We may take photos before and after service as part of documentation.
     

7. Refunds & Disputes
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue. Full refund details are available on our Refund Policy page.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Sunday's Cleaning Service and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Modifications to Terms
