Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, schedule a complimentary touch-up.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. Our team takes before-and-after photos for transparency and quality assurance. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

• Scheduling errors caused by Sunday's Cleaning Service

• Services not performed as agreed in the written estimate

• Payment processing errors

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@sundayscleaningservice.com within 7 days of service.

Cancellations

• Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of service will result in non-refund of deposit to schedule the service(s)

Rescheduling

We get it — life happens. We’re happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra charge.
