Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Service Technicians to deliver high-quality cleaning services for both residential and commercial customers. As a Service Technician, you will perform a variety of cleaning and exterior maintenance services, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

Window cleaning (interior and exterior)

Gutter cleaning and debris removal

Roof cleaning and treatment
-
Pressure washing (driveways, siding, walkways, etc.)

Post-construction cleaning
-
Post-eviction / move-out cleaning
-
Fleet washing (vehicles, trucks, equipment)

Set up, maintain, and safely operate equipment such as ladders, pressure washers, and cleaning tools

Assess job sites and follow proper procedures for each service type

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications
